Founder Tanya Sharma, fell in love with the act of ‘handicrafting’ and realised its power to make a difference in Modern-world ‘civil-ness’. "The Desi Darzi" is a brand born out of sheer passion for art and culture. "Consumer are now slowly waking up to the actual price of plastic-addicted industries" , she states. Every jutti is sourced directly from craftsmen hailing from inherent skill-centric communities. This helps to ensure that authentic art and modern day fashion co-exist seamlessly.
